"w3 Tamil Search" enables to Internet users to use search engines such as Google for search in Tamil. Also it prioritizes (but currently doesn't restrict) search results are based on Tamil unicode encoded websites and pages.
Users can directly type the Tamil text to search using various keyboard layouts such as *typewriter, Tamil-99 and *Romanised. Also for users who are not familiar with the Tamil keyboard layouts, w3 Tamil Search provides Web Keyboard (Virtual/onscreen keyboard) interface to directly type the Tamil text into the search box by clicking mouse on the Web Keyboard or physical keyboard or both(More details available at w3TamilWK FAQs page).
Absolutely it will help for non Technical Savvy Tamil Internet users with more user-friendly.
